Thomas Pemberton's will divides his property between his seven children.
The wife is not included, believe she, Dicey King, died before him.
The children:
Thomas Pemberton
John B. Pemberton
Robert Pemberton
Ann C. Crenshaw
Mary Bryer
Dice Quarles
Maria Selden
Chancery Cases on the Library of VA website show a Robert K. Pemberton involved in several suits concerning this will. I therefore believe him to be the son mentioned above. Anyone have any info on this family. They were from Goochland Co VA. Thomas Sr. had three farms called "Bunker's Hill, Maiden's Adventure and Clover Forrest. Thomas Sr. also had lots in the town of Carterville in Cumberland county and land in Ohio. Money was also left to Mrs. Elizabeth Fox but I do not know her relationship as yet.
Any help with these lines would be appreciated.
