I have not found any further information on the Pelot family. What little I know is from Agnes Beville's book published in 1917. There was a book published in 1995 on the Pelot family genealogy. I contacted one of the authors, and he is looking into whether any copies are still available. Below is the link to the book's website. Hope this will be helpful.
