I also am researching the Pegrams of Hertfordshire and I think my family must be relatives of yours. My ggg grandfather was Frederick John Wallis born 1831 Westmill to William Wallis born 1792 & Keziah Pegram born 1792, she died in 1869 aged 77 and buried at Westmill, this would make your Keziah too old. If you have any more info I would like to hear from you. I hope to be able to check the parish registers in the near future and will let you know if I find anything.
