There were many "Robbins" families in Potter Co, PA, but I never knew of a connection. Phebe DUNBAR was born 1825, and her first BRIGGS child, Lysander, in 1848, in PA. I don't know the marriage date of Marvin BRIGGS and Phebe. My grandfather, Albert, was the youngest, born 1863. Phebe died in 1874. She could have been married to Robbins first; I never heard that.
Another thing I need to research! Have you seen the surname "GURNEY" connected with either DUNBAR or PEET? I know there is one, but can't link them. I hope to find the Robert DUNBAR book one of these days.
