Hi Terri,

There are 26 Smiths, but no Mary Elizabeth. No Francis Leon Peery. No mention of any Jungs. I think your Dad must be descended from another Peery besides James.

But for anyone else there are over 4000 individuals in this book related to the Revolutionary War James Peery from Hickman County, originally Tazewell, Virginia.

The book refers to four Peery brothers as John, Thomas, George (father of the James that my book covers) and James.
Thomas arrived in Philadelphia on the Charming Nancy on Oct. 8, 1737. Another 500 pp. of information and genealogy connections follows.

Mary

The book is by Charles Lee Peery
