Thanks for that information.That was probably a Hannah who married into the Peebles family.Some of the Peebles family (which includes cousins of Hannah Peebles Brinson (1802-1867)) lived in the area of Greensville Co, VA and Northampton Co, NC in the 1760's. As for Hannah Peebles Brinson I now have proof of several things for her, including:
*based upon her cemetery record she was born Aug 6, 1802 and died in 1867.
* based upon her mother and father's estate record she was the daughter of Thomas and Martha Lockhart Peebles
*based upon her first husband's estate record, their cemetery record, and the marriage record, she was the wife of David Brinson, and later William Hogan.
*Based upon a cemetery record, David Brinson was first married to Sarah Streetman (1761-1826).
