this is good news i spoke to my uncle today , his name is ernest and he did not know that his father had two sisters , they were seldom talked about , why this is so i dont know , not my place to ask you might say , he did say that fred ,hid father was wounded and sent here by the army to recover , he met his wife and married , returning to kimbolton where his two first were born , fredrick and george , , their dob i dont have yet , but apperently his wife did not settle and they returned to ireland , where the rest of the family were born , i will be speaking later in the week to him again and i will have photos that i can copy then , , my e mail is , james_pedley@hotmail.com it might be better to email stuff through that . He told me that a son of his brother ,george , went to live in oz in the 60s , his mname was fredrick pedley , he is decesed now but perhaps you have note of his family.
i will be in contact again shortly , it is good to finally find a direct conection to the family of my grandfather.
