"Kitty" PEDDY - St. Clair, AL

I am searching for any information on a Catherine "Kitty" PEDDY, possibly born in AL, or her ancestors. She married Winston P. (W.P.) MOODY on August 12, 1877 in St. Clair County, AL. I believe she died in childbirth or shortly thereafter. My great-grandfather was her son, Oscar Leonard MOODY, borth July 1, 1878 in St. Clair County, AL, died March 24, 1948 in Dallas, TX. Both my PEDDY and MOODY lines have been elusive thus far. Any information would be greatly appreciated!
