I'm a Peddy researching Peddy. I've not seen your info before concerning Leviney Skinner Peddy. I know that she died after the 1856 Upson Co GA tax digest. I have a ton of Peddy info. Please mail me the proof about Leviney being a Manning. I'm Glen Peddy, R R 1 Box 30 B, Sullivan IL 61951. will pay for copies & postage, please advise cost. I"m a descendant of her through son James C Peddy born 1800 GA.
