Hello David,
Remember me? We corresponded nearly three years ago when you told me our GGGrandfather George Thomas PEDDLE was the son of James and Mary PEDDLE.
I've found out very recently that James was one of eleven children of George and Ann PEDDLE. George was born about 1780 in Hillingdon, Middlesex, the son of Jacob and Ann PEDDLE of Little Missendon, Bucks.
James and Mary PEDDLE had at least two children, George Thomas and Mary who in the 1841 Census were both separately living apart from their parents in Marlow, Bucks.
I know very little else about these earlier PEDDLEs but do you know who James' wife Mary was? And how do you know here name was Mary?
I really do look forward to hearing from you.
