James I may have written you before but can't remember. Mary Ann Peavy Sims was the sister of my ggrandfather D.j. Peavey. Am elderly great aunt, daughter of D. J. Peavy told me somethings but then later changed her story so take this with a grain of salt. None of it may be true or partially so. Supposedly their father was an Isaac Peavy married to a Hutchinson. I have not been able to verify that. D.J said to be born in Montgomery Ala and that Isaac was a doctor. Siblings of Mary Ann were Herbert, Augusta who married Jim Butler, James Dial or Dial James, and George. I am still searching. I do know from places she mentioned that they were in Ga, Ala, and La. I do know that DJ came to Nacogdoches and in March 1881 married Dora Meador. His children later moved to Angelina County and Beaumont. If you find out anymore about the Peavys would you share. Thanks
