I do have some information for you! Bernard (Barney) Peaslee was the son of Samuel Peaslee and his wife Lucinda _____. He was born 9 Oct 1840 in Canada and died 13 Nov 1877 in a fall from a barn frame in Lapeer Co., MI. His wife, Catherine had died March 1876. They both died when their children were young! I have been trying to determine Samuel's parents. He lived in Oxford Co., Ontario before coming to Michigan in the 1850s and may have been brother to my Luke Peaslee.
