Emmett Peasel moved to Lincoln County Missouri prior to 1875. Emmett could not read or write, but per his marriage bands his parents were Frank and Antonine Pezil.
Emmett Peasel stated that he was born in the United States per the 1880 census and his parents, Frank and Antonine were from Bohemia.
Per the family gossip Frank & Antonine lived in St. Louis, Missouri. St Louis is a big city and I don't know how Frank and Antonine Spelled Peasel or Pezil or Pezel or Pescil et cetra. I am not even sure if Frank is Emmett's Father's name, or nickname, or middle name.
I am looking for information on Frank & Antonine abd Emmett's siblilngs. Any suggestions or ideas?
