I have 2 John Pearsons in my family, as far as I know.

I noticed on a previous comment, you mentioned Leyland. My grandfather, James Rawlinson (married to Gladys Ruth Rawlinson, nee Pearson) worked for Leyland Motors.

They still live near Leyland to this day.
