“Mrs. Pearson Succumbs At Chattanooga Hospital---Mrs. Ethel Mae Pearson, 65, widow of the late Art Pearson, died Thursday of last week at Memorial Hospital, Chattanooga. She was a native of the New Providence community.
Survivors include five sons, Theodore Dunn of Madisonville; Horace of Athens; Robert and Rudolph Dunn of Chattanooga; three daughters, Mrs. Luria Pearson of Madisonville; Mrs. James Oliver of Elizabethton and Miss Irene Dunn of Chattanooga; 15 grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, a sister, Mrs. J.H. Atkins of Tellico Plains, Route 2; two brothers, Herman Tate of Athens and Horace of Concord, and a half-brother, Woodrow Tate of Knoxville.
