has anyone seen the following books about Pearsons? - are they any good. (One of them seems to only have 9 pages - it seems a bit suspicious!) JOHN BIBBY

Mary Helen Pearson Lively (1987) Pearson Families Association, 1730-1987. (9 pages) McDowell Publications: Utica, KY (11129 Pleasant Ridge Rd., Utica 42376)

Eugene Jefferson Pearson, Paul Gratiot (1978) The Pearson Family, 10th-20th Century. Gateway Press

Bettina Pearson Higdon (1979) Seek and Ye Shall Find: Pearson, Parson, Parsons, Peerson, Peirson, Person(s), Pierson. Gregath Company.
