Hugh G. Pearson and Preston P. Pearson 1800's.

I know that Hugh G. Pearson (1822-1869) and Preston P. Pearson (1830-1900) were brothers, but I don't have any proof. They were from Marlboro County, South Carolina. Can anyone help? Thank you.
