My records show James Pearre and Mary Thompson has the following children:
Alexander b. July 6 1723
Anne b. about 1725
Mary b. about 1730
John b. about 1735

Hope this adds something - I have no information on Anne, Mary, or John, but show Alexander married to Sarah Beall.
