Thanks so much for your post. Though I'm seeing it almost a year late, I am very interested in receiving a copy of the letter and reading about any new information you have gathered. My ggggrandmother was Charlotte Pearre and a sister, I believe, of Nathaniel. They were children of James and Masse Pearre. James and possibly Masse were born in Maryland, according to family records, and migrated to Richmond Co., Ga., a portion of which became Columbia Co. around 1790.
