Looking for info. on the following family:
PEARL, Mary b. 1810 Tn.
" Margaret b. 1834 Tn.
" Valspeth b. 1836 Tn.
" Elizabeth b. 1838 Tn.
" Joseph b. 1840 Tn.
" Angeline b.1842 Tn.
" William b. 1843 Mo.
" Andrew b. 1846 Mo.
They are living with Jonathan Elsey b. 1780 Va. in Macon, Missouri in the 1850 census. Other Elseys there also.
Still trying to find the birthplace of my Andrew Jackson Pearl who lived in Union Co., Il. 1900 and says his birthdate was 1849 in one census. He gives a variety of places he was born. However, on marriage license says he doesn't know where he was born or who his parents are.
