I am looking to extend the research of my Pearce ancestry.
I am descended from Bryant Pearce b. 1835 Wake Co. NC m. Harriet Baker 1856 then Martha Ann Baker 1858. moved to Greene Co. Al and served in 20th Al. Infantry for duration of Civil War; d. 1908 Greene Co. AL. He is the son of John Pearce of Wake Co. NC who i believe married a jiney or jane alford. I am stuck at that point of my research.
Bryant's son John Jefferson Pearce is my ggGrandfather he m. Mary Anna Drummond in Greene Co. AL
