Cobb Co GA & Bartow Co GA Louis Peacock

Does anyone have any information on these two?

Louis Peacock 14
George Peacock 13 appear on the 1860 census of Cobb county, GA living with the family of MT Phillips. They both appear listed with a large chunk of money to their name. I suspect they were orphaned and held quite an inheritance in their own right, however they were minors. Oddly enough I also find another entry on the same census in 1860 Cobb County, GA for LCM Peackc age 14 and GW Peacock 12 in the household of Alexander Williams. I wonder if these same two boys were counted twice and what the relation to the Williams &/or Philips might be, if any.

In Bartow Co, GA census for 1870 and 1880 I find George W Peacock, newly married per census in Sep 1869 on the 1870 as George Peacock, 23 and Parthenia Peacock 19. On 1880 he and wife Parthenia are shown as follows:
GW 34
PJ 29, wife
Wade W, 10 son
Louis, 8, son
Oscar, 6, son
George W, 4, son
A. R., 2, son

I feel pretty sure this is the same George on the 1860 Cobb county, GA census. I would like to know what happened to this Lewis/Louis who I suspect is his brother. I found the following marriages online in Bartow Co, GA:
George W Peacock m. Parthenia Wofford 16 Sep 1869
Lewis C Peacock m. Mrs. Perrie Humphries 22 JAn 1867

It was this set of marriages that led me to wonder if the two Cobb county, gA entries in the two separate households were indeed the same boys.
any information greatly appreciated.
