Janis, I just did a Peacock search for another researcher and discovered that I had a document containing the results of a search I had started for your Peacocks a couple of years ago. I abandoned the search because your Peacocks seemed to fall in the "way to hard" category. That was partly due to my inability to interpret your post. I will resume a search for your Paul, but I will need your help in deciphering some of the clues included in your post. Here are the areas that I find confusing:
1. Do you know the name of the father of Margaret, Catherine, and the son? It looks like Paul died the same year (1899) that the oldest child, Mary Estelle, was born. Thus, it doesn't seem possible that Paul fathered the other three. Or is the 1899 for Paul's death a typo? Or have you listed the children in reverse order - from youngest to oldest?
2. You say that Mary "returned" to DC but you don't say where she was returning from. Do you have that information? Was it perhaps Baltimore, where the second child Margaret was born? or did she have Catherine and the son in some other city?
3. Do you have any idea of the DOB for Mary Katherine? How about the dates of birth for the other three children?
4. Regarding the information for Stella, the abbreviation ca is sometimes used for "circa" or "about." When you say Stella died "1945 CA," do I read that as Stella died in 1945 in the State of California or that Stella died circa 1945?
If you can provide some clarification, I will see what I can find for you.
