James PEACHEY was born in ENG maybe Sussex or Suffolk in 1832. He emigrated with other unnamed brothers in 1852. I find him with his wife Susannah age 19 and son Benjamin Franklin age 2 b.KS in the 1860 Census for Cass Co. MO. The 1870 Census for Bates Co. MO has James as a widower with two sons Ben and James jr. b. 1869/70 in MO. I find James again in 1900 Benton Co. AR, living with son Benjamin and his wife Louisa Bell(MARGESON) and their children: John Frankin, James William, Charles Zora, Effie, Ethel, Vern and Emmett (b. 1909) He is living with son B-Frank and family in the 1910 Census for Siloam Springs, Benton Co. Arkansas. James died in 1913 and is buried in Siloam Springs, AR. Family history has it that he was from West Sussex, ENG around the Selsey-Petworth area but I have found no record of a suitable family in the 1851 ENG Census. He was supposed to have brothers and I have also been looking for any family from his son James jr. I am the granddaughter of Emmett Inez Peachey b. 1909 AR d. 1980 OK.
