Hello ...
While doing research on an unrelated subject, I came across a richly detailed obituary for Ella Peabody Osborne, who died in Honolulu, Hawaii, on November 27, 1917. It was published in the Star-Bulletin.
Ella was born at Newburyport, Mass., on March 22, 1852. She was the widow of Amos Wright Osborne of Colorado, who died in 1908. At the time of her death, Ella had 2 sisters and a number of nieces and nephews living in Hawaii.
I'd love to share this lovely account of Ella's life with any surviving family members. Please let me know if you'd like a photocopy.
