I am descended from Thomas & Margaret F.F.PAXTON who lived in both Guernsey & Muskingum Counties during the 1820 - 1830 timeframe .
Up until a couple of weeks ago , I was stuck at the old brickwall on my PAXTON line . I made the sojourn to Ohio to locate land records & hit paydirt .
Thomas was the son of Samuel & Frances ( Fanny ) PAXTON .
Samuel was born in 1770 in Virginia & Frances was born a few years later in Ireland .
At this time , I only know of one other son of theirs who also lived in Muskingum County . Addison W. PAXTON was mentioned in Samuel's will ( dated 1851 ) .
By any chance , have you come across this particular PAXTON line ?
