Too many Josephs and Dials. Totally confused and not enough records to sort it out. Some people believe that Joseph Pavey (the Victualer) actualy got on the ship that came to Savannah in a more nothern port and could have actually been from one of the northern colonies. This could explain why i can't find him on a ship manifest.Just don't have enough evidence.
