I am seeking information on my great grandmother, Wilhelmina Paulsen/Paulson, who migrated from Denmark to Minnesota in 1879, later moving to Dixon County, Nebraska. I know that she was born 13 April 1837, probably in Denmark. She married Isaak Andersen Bikjend in 1859. He was a Norwegian widower working in Denmark. In the United States, they took the surname, Anderson. They had 4 sons: Hans Wilhelm Anderson born 16 June 1860 in Odense, Denmark; Oscar John Anderson born 14 July 1868 in Horsens, Denmark; Christian Thorval Anderson born 20 January 1877 in Horsens, Denmark; and Carl Christian Anderson born 24 September 1882 in Dixon County, Nebraska.
She died 16 July 1908 in Maskell, Dixon County, Nebraska.
I would like to know about Wilhelmina's parents, grandparents, etc., as well as any siblings. She may have had relatives in South Dakota, but I do not know who they were or where they lived there.
