I have information on a Robert E Paull born Sep 1891 to Andrew Jackson Paull and Alice Jane Kincell in Fayette Co. PA. Robert was a fireman on the Western Maryland railroad and appears to travel quite a bit between Fayette PA and Cumberland. The Obit of Robert Paull's brother (Joseph 1949) notes that Robert was living in Cumberland at the time of Joseph's death (1949). Robert and wife Mildred along with stepson Ewing Mansfield are recorded as residing in Cumberland during the 1920 census but reappear in Fayette Co., during the 1930 census. As far as I can tell Robert had 3 wives of record (Mildred Inks, Annabelle Crow, and Tillie (unknown). The only child that I see associated with Robert is his stepson Ewing. I have no information about Charles Ray Paul but there is a significant gap from 1930 where Robert's wife Mildred could have died or have divorced Robert which would allow for a marriage between Annabelle Crow who seems to have also married a Mansfield before marrying Robert Paull.
