Edith Polhemus was born 11-21-1881 near Fanklin ,Ohio to
Tobias and Edith Warick Polhemus. Edith died near Eaton. Ohio
6-23-1966 and buried at Fairview cemetery,Gratis,Ohio
Edith married James Cook age 42, 3-16-1900 and divorced him
11-1-1900
Edith was survived by brothers Charles and Elmer, sisters
Mrs. Mary Kenny, Mrs. Inez Shelden, Austa Polhemus

Tobias Polhemus born 1857 died 1927 buried Fairview cemetery married 3 times
