Bob,I read your message and I wish I could contribute to your research and join my family with yours but as I stated in my message to Carolyn's Research Blog; I am at a total brick wall with my PAUL family research. Our Maryland family has just about died out. There are a few younger relatives still living but they do not have a clue about their family history. Most of them are very hard working folks that, like many other families, never gave their family history much thought until later in life, and, unfortunately after all our elders died that we may have been able to obtain info from. The statement I made regarding some speculation that our Paul family may have migrated to Maryland from Mass. was referenced from a statement made of an elder family member at my Father's funeral but when I spoke with her later she said she only remembered a conversation of her parents and Massachusetts was mentioned. I have not been able to find evidence of that for my own family - YET -. You are very fortunate to have such a wonderful concept of your families history.I responded to Carolyn's blog in hopes that someone may be researching their PAUL family line that may have had family members that migrated to Maryland from which I may be able to make a connection to broaden my avenue of research. If you or anyone else would like to take a look at the little research I have done, I will gladly share it,however, it only contains information regarding Paul families of Dorchester County, Maryland. Please let me know. Thanks for your quick response.Sylvia
