"NOTICE I WILL sell to the highest bidder, on Friday the 30th of January, 1824, agreeable to the will of John Paul, dec'd 500 ACRES OF LAND, In the county of Owen, state of Kentucky, on the waters of Shoemaker's or Savern creek, it being a part of a 1511 acre entry, patented to James Paul 1795. Said land lies within three miles of Owenton, it is well timbered, good water, and has a good Mill Site. Sale to take place at the Court-house in Owenton, in Owen county, precisely at 12 o'clock. Terms, one third Cash in money at par with specie if paid in Bank notes; the balance in two annual payments. Bond and good security required for such money as first payment. A good title will be made to the purchaser when the terms are complied with.
