Do you know what the initials A.A. represent? If it is Andrew Addison Paul, your A.A. is possibly the grandson of A.A. Paul of Leesburg, Georgia. He died in 1916.I have not documented this, but a man of this name served as 1stLt.Co. G 10 Regiment of McKay Brigade, first known as Co. B., 5th Ga. State Troops and was with General Lee at Appommattox and Gettysburg.Check the pension records with the National Archives.Hope this helps. Please let me know. Virginia
