I found this family Bible record at a garage sale. This is not my family and I have no further information. There were older family Bible pages tucked inside the front cover for the Mordecai BARNES family - see BARNES forum. Carrie PATTON married Richard Howard BARNES, grandson of Mordecai.

PATTON – on the 24th inst., Mary, relict of the late John A. PATTON, in the 59th year of her age. The relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral on Tuesday morning the 28th inst., from her late residence, No. 410 North Thirty-fifth street. To proceed to Hopewell Burying Ground by the train, leaving PRR depot at 8:00 am. Funeral services at late residence on Monday evening, at 7 o’clock.

PATTON – on June 22, 1896, J. Adelbert, son of Joseph A. and Rachel A. PATTON. The relatives and friends of the family, also employees of the Water Bureau, are respectfully invited to attend the funeral services, on Thursday morning at 10 o’clock, from his parents residence, No. 3633 Haverford avenue. Interment at Mount Moriah Cemetery.

PATTON – on January 30, 1897, J. Adelbert, son of Anna R. D. and the late J. Adelbert PATTON, aged 1 year. Funeral this Tuesday morning, at 10:30 o’clock, from his mother’s residence, 3207 Powelton avenue. Interment private.

PATTON – on the 26th inst., Hiram L., son of Joseph A. and Rachel A. PATTON, in the 24th year of his age. The relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral, from the residence of his parents, no 3633 Haverford street, West Phila., on Friday, the 29th inst., at 1 o’clock.

PATTON – on the 17th inst., Annie Regina, wife of the late J. A. PATTON, and daughter of John and Mary DOUD, and granddaughter of the late Antony and Mary NOCTON. Funeral this Monday, 21st inst., 7:30 am from her late residence, 3207 Powelton avenue. Mass at ST. Agatha’s Church. Interment strictly private.

PATTON – Sept 29, Rachel A., wife of the late Joseph A. PATTON, in her 82d year. Relatives and friends invited to attend the funeral services, Tues, 2 pm, from her late residence, 4126 Brown st. Friends call Mon. eve., 8 to 9. Int. private, Mt. Moriah Cem.

PATTON, Rachel Amelia, widow of Joseph A. PATTON, entered into rest September 29th, 1923. Funeral services were conducted by the Minister of this Church at 4126 Brown Street, Philadelphia, Tuesday afternoon, October 2nd, 1923. Interment in Mount Moriah Cemetery.
