My husband's great-grandfather was Edward Pattison b. abt 1828 in Newcastle, Northumberland. He married Ann Metcalfe in Newcastle on 7 January 1855.
Their children were
Margaret and James born in Durham, England
and
Mary Ann, Sarah, Elizabeth Jane, Edward, Richard, Susan and Robert James born in Victoria, Australia.
The marriage certificate shows Edward's father as Hugh Pattison.
Can anyone help me with this family?
