I have seen many postings of various children attributed to this couple. William of Baltimore can be proven a son by his own will. I have yet to see an official document connecting other children to this couple. Has anyone ever seen a will, deed, bible record, estate record, birth record, or any official documentation for the children of this couple? I know there have been several books and articles written listing various children, but again no one seems to have any documentation. It almost looks like people picked any Patterson born in the early 1700s and put them in a family with William and ELizabeth. I have seen birth dates ranging from about 1710 to 1752. Forty years seems a far stretch for a woman birthing children, but I suppose it could happen. Can anyone shed some light on this problem?? Thanks, Brenda
