Fidelia Patterson, wife of James H. Patterson, Lyndon, VT, portrait 1842
The Autumn/Winter 2007 issue of ANTIQUES AND FINE ART magazine on p. 231 pictures a portrait of Fidelia Patterson of Lyndon, VT, wife of James H. Patterson, b. 1810 in NY, d.c. 1850 in Lyndon, VT. He was a Methodist-Episcopal minister.(see previous message in this forum for his portrait)
This fine portrait should be made known to the Patterson family. I am scanning it in case any of the descendants might like a copy, either by email or by postal mail. Someone in the family ought to have it--it is too good to be missed by the family. It may not have extensive genealogy value, but it certainly does have a whole lot of family and artistic value.

If it were a portrait of a Pease family member, I'd certainly hope someone would do the same for me.
