Lists of those involved in the Rebellion?

Hi all,

I saw somewhere that most (or atleast many) of those involved in the Rebellion were later identified and listed. I'm wondering if anybody might have a link or info on where to see this info? I have an ancestor that left Yarmouth, Elgin Co, Ontario (where Joshua Doan was from) for Michigan in 1837 (his obit noted that it was because of the rebellion) and I've wondered whether he might have taken part in the rebellion, and thats why he left for the states, or if maybe he just left for Michigan to remove his family from danger. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

John
