More Patton/Pasley data. The 1900 cenus has a John Passley b-Aug 1878 (versus the 1877 you have) as farm help for Geo Patton in Clinton County, Lafayette Twp. Geo has a son Thomas b-1872. There are other farm hands by the name of Richard Maple and Wm Reaves.I do not know when the census was taken as you note that John Pasley married in July of 1900.
