It was sometime 1794, you will see from transcription that Minister didn't enter date.
Maybe the Banns are in Crowan registers.
I have some PASCOE's of my own who come from St Keverne. Keturah Pascoe is in Breage 1841, if you come across her.
There a baptism for Richard 3 Feb 1811
