Parvin Road went through land that William J. and Lulu G. Parvin owned. They bought the land in 1929, and the State of Missouri took over a right of way in 1930.The road is Highway 1.It runs north and south. The Parvin Road actually goes east and west across Highway 1.According to Lulu's will, the only heir is her son, Julian A. Parvin, who resided ini Rochester, NY.The probate was filed in 1950.William and Lulu Parvin are buried in Faubion Cemetery. They are not found on an early Clay County Census, so I assume they had come to Clay County shortly before the purchase of the land. If interested, you might check out the census records for where they were from and where they lived prior to Clay County.
