That is exactly how I felt when I saw your first message yesterday. I don't know many Parsley's beyond all mom's family.
That definitely sounds like Uncle Murray. He used to take us for rides on his bikes when he came to visit and when he lived down on the coast for a while.
I just spoke to mom on the phone. She said Uncle Murray had called her the other day and was in Memphis when he called. He didn't tell her what he was in Memphis for though. Anyway, she was going to call him tomorrow and see if he knows where Aunt Rose is now.
Mom got real excited when I told her that you were Uncle Nolan's granddaughter. My mom is Mary Ann Parsley Irby (Ann). She said she used to have a lot of fun with Uncle Nolan's kids. She was asking how you were related. I told her I thought your dad was George. Is that right?
Mom is one of 7 kids. Aunt Gina (Virginia) died last year. There are lots of kids and grandkids now.
