Thank you for your information. I am aware of this family in Scotch Plains to some extent. It seems unusual there was a William Wallace Parse and I have some William Willis Pearces, esp. finding Wallis and Wallace in the same place, and my Pearce family nearby.

I am attempting to find the ancestor who would be in the generation of John and Marta Parse. Do you have knowledge whether this John Parse had brothers? Additionally, I was told once that my family was related to Lew Wallace (author Ben Hur) but no source was given.
