Illinois. She is the daughter of Marion and Rebecca Parratt. In my files I have Coatney Parrett b. 1871, m. Charles Anderson Thornbrugh in 1890. Are Coatney Parrett and Courtnia Parratt the same person? My guess is they are, can anyone verify? Notify Administrator about this message?
