Definitely related. Amy Parratt was the sister of my 3rd great grandmother. Her parents were Thomas parratt and Ann Rowney. I have quite alot of information on the family members including Pigots listings and census details much of it kindly sent to me by other researches. I do not have 1851 census information yet on the couple you are researching. I also lack information about some of their children. I believe that they had atleast five children. I am happy to share any of the information I have.
