Jane Parr, Wigan marriage 1781

Hi,

I have an ancestor Jane Parr who, according to the LDS indexes, married William Peet on 12th November 1781 at a church in Wigan, Lancashire, England.
The references given are Film Number: 184294, Page Number: 16, Reference Number 342. No church name is given.
Can anybody shed any further light on this?
I don't live in England so I am unable to check the parish registers for all churches of the time in Wigan first hand.

Any help with this would be hugely appreciated as this is my current brick wall.
