In researching my family lines I am having the most trouble with the Parnells, my maternal Grandmother's maiden name. Most of my family ties are in Arkansas. My Grandma Ethel Parnell married William Henry Barnes in Shreveport and moved to Arkansas with him. I know she had sisters (Nealie & Annie) and at least one brother (Leonard). I think their family was transiant and were not native to the Shreveport area and possibly from Alabama or Georgia. Anyone know anything about this family?
