There was an Andrew Parnall born, I believe, in St Austell c1846 who was a clothier. In 1874 he married Martha Elliot in Padstow and they had ten children, the eldest of whom was William Parnall, baptised in Padstow 28 Nov 1874. He is described in a conveyance of 1824 as 'William Parnall late of St Austell, clothier, but now of Millbrook, schoolmaster'. In the 1881 census two of William's daughters, Elizabeth ( b 1812 in Padstow) and Olivia (born 1816 in Portsea, Hants) are living in Bristol where Olivia is described as 'Ladies Outfitter (Milliner). Also living with them are two nieces, annie and Olivia, both born in Deptford and described as 'Shop assistant (Milliner). In view of the locations and occupations, I wonder if these Parnalls are connected to your family?
