Hi all. I am wondering in any Parlers have submitted DNA to the Family Tree DNA project? I descend from immigrant Christopher Parler who was among those in the Second Germanna Cology in Virginia (arriving 1717/1718). In the ensuing years, the surname Parler, in this case, was changed to Barler to Barlow.
I am submitting my DNA as part of the Barlow DNA project (http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.com/~barlow/Options/DNA.html) as has another Germanna descendant already. I'd love to hear from Parlers, especially males still carrying the Parler name, who may have submitted DNA, or would be willing to pay the fee and do so, so that we might pursue a possible linkage.
