Hi,
I am looking for the descendants of Garret PARKINSON MD and Maria MAHON (1794), more particularly of their son Garret Wellesley PARKINSON (c1823) who married Harriett Jane LINDSAY and had 7 children and then married Eleanor TUFFIELD and had at least one daughter.
Of the 7 children to his first marriage, only 3 lived to become adults:-
1. Garret Wellesley Parkinson Jnr. born 1858
2. Susan Maria Amy Parkinson born 1864 and married William Henry WALKER and then shifted up to Belfast.
3. Violet Lindsay Parkinson born 1867, family lore has it that she died in 1895 but, as I can't find her death in Ireland, I can but assume that she must have married.
Other children of Dr and Mrs Pasrkinson that I know of are
1. Charles Mahon Parkinson
2. Rebecca Parkinson who died in 1849 at her Uncle Charles Mahon's house in Co Clare
2. Susan Parkinson born c1830 and married Dr william Edward STEELE
Any help on these families would be greatly appreciated.
